For tourism boards and destinations

Your destination, telling its own stories.

Your own branded app that narrates every place your visitors pass, in twenty-one languages, under your name.

Your app, your site, your store, your brand. Powered by BeeMyGuide.

The partner website and app for an example destination, Constantinople

Take the app, the website, the TV, or any mix. Whatever you pick runs from one source: your brand (logo, colors, fonts, voice) and your content (events, things to do, things to see) come from your own systems or are set in BeeMyGuide. Update the source, and everything you have changes with it.

Wherever your visitors are

Each piece runs from the same source, under your name. Shown here with an example destination, Constantinople.

On their phone

Your app, under your name. Stories start as visitors walk by, in their own language, with the phone in the pocket. The plan they made at the hotel is already there.

On your website

Your events, things to do and tours, laid out your way. Update the calendar once, and every screen changes with it. Every tour on the site opens in the app.

On the TV

Your app on the TV, in your visitors' homes or at your partner hotels. They plan the trip from the comfort of their pajamas, then scan a code to take the plan on their phone.

Your brand, your partners

Everything carries your name, and it points visitors to the businesses you want them to find.

A brand kit for the example destination: logo, colors, type and buttons

One brand, everywhere

Logo, colors, typography, tone, the tagline. Set them once. Every screen you run takes them from the same place: the app, the website, the TV. Update them and see them change immediately.

Featured partners

Point visitors to the businesses and attractions you want to promote. Partners get top placement on the map and in the lists, and the narration mentions them as visitors pass by. You choose who's featured and for how long.

You don't need an app team, a content team or a developer. Bring your brand and what you already publish. We do the rest: whatever you picked, plus the stories, the voices and the store listings.

What's inside

Everything BeeMyGuide already does for a visitor, scoped to your place and dressed as you. Pick the pieces you need: each one is licensed on its own and joins the same brand from the day it goes live.

  • Your app. Your own listing on the App Store and Google Play. Only the pieces you chose are live in it.
  • Your website. The same events, things to do and things to see on the web. Integrate your event calendar, or maintain it with BeeMyGuide. Lay it out your way; your brand elements are the first options in every design choice.
  • Stories that play on the spot. Not only on tours. Wherever visitors walk or drive in your area, the app narrates the places they pass: the history, the architecture, the thing that happened on that corner. Spoken in natural voices, in the visitor's own language.
  • What to see, what to do, what's on. Sights, activities and events from your own sources, on a list and on a map. Events show while they're happening, can be added to the visitor's calendar ahead of time, and appear on the map as they start.
  • Tours. We draft the first tours from your material as part of onboarding; you approve them. After that, build and edit tours yourself in the tour builder: pick the stops on a map, and the route and narration follow. Or send us the material and we do it.
  • Navigation inside the app. "Take me there" walks or drives the visitor to any place, telling the stories along the way. Nobody is handed off to another maps app.
  • Challenges and rewards. Built around your place, not taken from a template: story trails that unlock a badge, landmark collections, seasonal quests, rewards redeemed at your featured partners. Tell us your idea, or pick from our list.
  • Store. Sell tickets, passes and merchandise. Integrated with your existing systems, or set up brand new.
  • Your area only. The app works inside your boundary and nowhere else. A visitor who opens it from home sees your welcome and your planning content, not a map of somewhere else.
  • Your visitors, your data. Full access to your visitor analytics: what they heard, what they liked, what they skipped. You see which stories hold attention and which places need work.
  • Twenty-one languages. Interface and narration in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Slovenian, Russian, Hebrew, Vietnamese, Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese, with more on request.

One experience, not separate projects

Every screen you run should be one project, not several. Most destinations end up with an app from one vendor, a website from another, and a brand guide in a PDF that none of them reads. Every change becomes a project: brief the agency, wait for the build, check that everything still matches.

BeeMyGuide is one platform with many faces. The app, the website and the TV are the same product, built from the same data and the same brand elements. There is nothing to keep in sync, because there is only one source. Start with one, add the others later, and each joins the same brand on day one.

  1. Define the brand

Logo, icon, palette, fonts, the welcome message, how you refer to your visitors, what you call your place. Messaging is a brand element too.

  2. Your brand feeds every screen

The platform is already built. Your brand elements flow into it from one source, and out comes what you picked: your app on the App Store and Google Play, your website on your own domain, your app on the TV. Each carries your brand and nobody else's. A small "Powered by BeeMyGuide" is the only thing of ours a visitor sees.

  3. Design the site, keep the brand

If you take the website, customize it as you like: pages, sections, layout. Every color, font and logo picker opens on your brand elements first, so what you build stays on brand. Change a brand element later and every screen picks it up. No app update to ship, no web developer to book.

  4. Change it, see it, choose it

When your brand changes, you see every screen and page the change touches before it goes live. Apply it everywhere, or keep it where you want it: a seasonal logo on the website only, a new welcome message in the app first.

Who it's for

Public or private, the brief is the same: a place with visitors, and the wish to greet them in your own voice.

Tourism boards and cities

One brand across every screen, your events and listings from your own systems, and analytics on what visitors actually hear.

Parks and heritage sites

The story of every trail, ruin and landmark, told on the spot, without signs to maintain or guides on site.

Resorts and private destinations

How we work with you

  1. A demo, before anything else

We build a working preview of your app from what's already on your website. You judge the real thing on a real phone, in your place, before you decide anything.

  2. Sign, then a kickoff call

We meet your team and agree on the deliverables and the timeline. Your events, sights and activities come from your own systems: a CMS, a feed or a spreadsheet. Most destinations are ready to go in a few days.

  3. Launch, and keep going

We publish what you picked under your name and run the platform. You own the brand and the content. Every improvement to BeeMyGuide reaches you too.

  4. A direct line, not a ticket queue

You get the founder's personal phone number. When something needs attention, you call the person who can fix it.

Talk to us

Tell us the place and send a link to what you publish today. We'll come back with a preview of your app.
